Apple Could Begin Three Days of Product Announcements Today [Gurman]

Apple could begin three days of product announcements today, October 26, with an OLED iPad mini leading the rollout. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has suggested a possible sequence ahead of the company's Wednesday event, rather than confirming an announcement schedule.

The proposed order puts the iPad mini first, followed by an M6 iMac and MacBook Pro on Tuesday, October 27, and a touchscreen MacBook Pro on Wednesday, October 28. Gurman said that sequence 'would make sense,' pointing to Apple's use of multiday announcements around Wednesday events.

Apple has already announced its 'Pro and tell' experience in Los Angeles for October 28 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, or 1 p.m. Eastern. The invitation describes an in-person event but does not identify the products being unveiled.

The expected Mac lineup includes two distinct MacBook Pro updates. Redesigned 14-inch and 16-inch models with OLED touchscreens are expected to use M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, while M6 is expected for the existing-design entry-level 14-inch model and iMac. The iPad mini refresh would replace the current LCD screen with OLED.

Retail preparations have separately pointed to possible availability on November 6, based on an Apple Store floor reset scheduled for the preceding evening. That remains an inferred on-sale date, not a confirmed release.
