In the latest advertisement, T-Mobile slams AT&T's latest'Next' upgrade plan. T-Mobile takes a quote from an article off The Verge which states how deceptive AT&T's new plan is compared to T-Mobile's Jump offering.
The ad first states the quote: "AT&T's reaction to T-Mobile's transparency is to be more deceptive than ever." Then it is followed by T-Mobiles own comments "We wouldn't call it deceptive, exactly. Calculating, sneaky, underhanded, maybe, but not deceptive."
T-Mobile Chief Marketing Officer Mike Sivert mocked AT&T and Verizon's plans by calling them a "breakthrough" that simply takes away more money away from customers. "We feel strongly that these programs they've introduced borderline on the deceptive," Sievert said.
T-Mobile has been very aggressively recently as they began their own "Uncarrier" strategy that was aimed towards bringing cheaper rate plans, the Jump Plan, and a more advance network with a faster LTE rollout.

Tmobile and AT&T are both In it for the money (Deception)=$sales
They both have customer service departments that at times don't know what there doing.Ive delt with both and always had my issues resolved professionally.
Tmobile and AT&T both have excellent customer service you've just gotta be persistent.
Tmobile was more than resonable in understanding my situation.
