Apple has released OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 8, build 13A584 via software update for testing. The previous Developer Preview 7 was build 13A569 and was released two weeks ago.
This update is recommended for all users running OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 7.
Developers can get the update via the Mac App Store or via the Mac Developer Center.
Mavericks is rumored to be released around the end of October.
