The iPhone 5s is now available to ship within 1-3 days via Apple's Online Store.
Shipment times previously improved to 3-5 days on November 19th. The 1-3 day ship time is for all models, colors, and carriers and comes just ahead of the important holiday shopping season. Notably, the unlocked iPhone 5s still has a 1-2 week ship time.

I ordered mine the first day they were released on a Friday and I received mine the next Monday. Availability has improved from 3 days to 1-3 days. nice
