Sonny Dickson, a reputable source of Apple leaks in the past, has revealed some specifications for the iPhone 6.
The specs were shared via a series of tweets on Twitter:
● iPhone 6 will be 0.22 inches thick #JustSaying
● Ultra-Retina screen will be 389 ppi #JustSaying
● The new Apple A8 processor will run at 2.6 GHz. #JustSaying
● These specs could be the real thing #JustSaying
What do you think of the alleged specifications? In comparison, the iPhone 5s is 0.30 inches thick, has a Retina Display with 326 ppi, and an A7 processor that runs at 1.3GHz.

aren't they suppose to have some sort of conference/keynote presentation soon...!? anyone has an idea of when to expect this to happen.
i'm sure no one knows for sure but usually some sites have educated guess that turn out pretty close. i can't seem to find anything on the net

I'm afraid that 389ppi could suggests a screen around 5" inches, If they double or at least double or increase the resolution. The aspect ratio of 1.775 is difficult to work with in a HD environment as it's neither 16:9, 16:10.
Even a .5" increase in screen span and larger resolution would be an improvement. Pixel density is what really matters at the end of the day.
Although 1280x800 still looks pretty sharp on a 7" display.
The memory quandry....
64-bit really lets you address the 4GB barrier, meaning processes can run more efficiently and some tasks can run in their own memory space more freely. Although you can still run 32-bit tasks within a 64-bit environment, so you get the best of both worlds.
iPhone 6 MUST have at least 4 GB of RAM, will have a 64bit processor for what reason?
Longer battery, at least 3 Microphones for Siri, new finger ID sensor with much more sensitivity, quad core ALU, IGZO display wider than iphones 5s and with more dpi.
Now I believe Apple with use for material aluminium again but this time will make a new unibody ,thinner and stronger, I would prefer to use titanium but aluminum , with sapphire glass would be fantastic good!

Obvious that 64 bit runs apps that are normally on computer for greater creativity on mobile devices, they done enough for about every Mac and now it's the phones turn to revolutionize again. We need apple to see these comments somewhere else so they can use our idea.
Apple optimizes the software so it can run well with 1gb of ram, but it'd be stupid if they didn't make it 2 gigs. But the thing is there is a lot more to do on android which is why android devices get ram upgrades. But for us iOS people we are the simpletons and don't really need ram lol.
It's necessary unless it's barely a difference with this one other than the screenbecuase then it's almost the same iphone for example. We'll wait and see.
Hope it's all true. Apple is a little slow because they didn't want to lose face. Truth is people want bigger screen and the battery life that comes with the wider body. I also agree on the price increase as people are willing to pay. At least the 5s will have some value at a cheaper price.
Just because apple didn't releasea screen yet doesn't mean their slow, they would have known somehow they wanted bigger, but this was jobs' idea for iphone to not have big screen, but now apple doesn't have a choice when this came to users.
