Apple support representatives are telling customers that their bent iPhone 6 may be replaced free under warranty, if it passes a 'Visual Mechanical Inspection' test.
TNW asked Apple Support if a bent enclosure during normal use of an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus would qualify for a replacement. Their response:
That is 100 percent up to the Genius you speak with at the store. There is a test called a Visual Mechanical Inspection that the device will have to pass. If it is within the guidelines, they will be able to cover it. If not, the replacement would be a paid one.
The representative wasn't able to provide the Genius Bar guidelines, as the information wasn't provided to chat support.
Notably, the support team also said that the company is “looking into this with an insane amount of detail.”
Apple has yet to make a formal statement on the matter. Please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.

This is just a trial version. It will be perfect on the next decade. Once other smartphones have better specs. They are still unbeatable to the eyes of iphone lovers. Im still happy with my iphone 5. And more happier with note 3. My decision not to buy an iphone 6 is a good decision. Shame on apple, poor quality control. I may go and upgade my note this christmas. :)

Unbox Therapy has gone viral. The video depicts a man attempting to bend the iPhone 6 Plus with his bare hands. He is able to bend it quite significantly as you can see in the picture. The video has been viewed over 17 million times, so it certainly is not something that should be disregarded by Apple. In follow up videos Unbox Therapy tried to bend the Galaxy Note 3 as well as other smartphones such as the Moto X, iPhone 6, Lumia 1520, and the HTC M8. He wasn't able to bend any of them, meaning this problem is exclusive to the iPhone 6 Plus. The man who bent the phones noted that when he tried to bend the iPhone 6 Plus back into place the screen ended up cracking. Really apple

The VMI is merely a quick inspection involving the overall appearance of the phone (checking for accidental damage), and making sure the liquid indicators haven't been tripped, etc.
