i would love the ios 8 features but on the 4s slows down the phone a lot ..... :( i hope they do something about this...

i do have the 4s and its faster. maybe your back up had som trash files or something. try restoring without back up. like a new iphone.

Where the Mac Version? Who has a PC these days? I have 4 Windows laptops that need batteries or chargers.

Sorry, but the people who did this jailbreak are Chinese, not traditional Macheads, thus they developed the PC version first. They say they're working on a Mac version, but we'll have to see whether they know what they're doing on a Mac. Give them time, it'll come. Besides, it doesn't hurt waiting, as the majority of Cydia's tools aren't working at the moment.
