A new report claims that Bose products could be returning to the Apple Store in time for Christmas.
Back in October, Apple stopped selling Bose speakers, headphones, and other accessories in its online and retail stores. The move followed the settling of a patent dispute over the noise-canceling technology in Beats headphones just a week earlier. It also followed a sponsorship deal Bose signed with the NFL that prevents players from wearing Beats headphones while on camera.
At this point it's still unclear why Bose's products were removed from the Apple Store. However, iGen is now reporting that some Apple Stores have begun receiving stock of Bose products for placement in stores within a week.

Breach of agreement from Apple not for selling Bose products and agreement is still valid. :)
