TechRax has taken his Apple product torture tests to the next level, crushing a $10,000 gold Apple Watch Edition with neodymium magnets.

What better way to put the 38mm 18k yellow gold Apple Watch Edition to use then to crush it with 2 powerful neodymium magnets equaling to 650 pounds of force!

Those of you who like the look of the gold watch, but can't afford to spend $10,000 on one, should check out this gold plating option.

Take a look at the video below...

What does it prove? Two things: 1. iClarified will post almost anything, regardless of how lame brain. 2. Slow news day! :p

AppleCare will take care of this problem

icar - June 16, 2015 at 12:22pm

Of course AppleCare will cover this Apple Watch.

With all the people starving in the world... this is how you spend +10K USD?

Videos like this reach millions of views from curious viewers. Millions of views equals a fat check from YouTube ads. I doubt the maker of this video used an actual gold Apple watch, specially since it's fairly easily to plate on in gold nowadays but he/she will surely make the money for it.

Jmills87 - June 15, 2015 at 10:05pm

He showed the box, he showed the inscription on the back of the watch(which would not be present if you did gold plating). It was definitely a real Apple Watch edition.

I'm calling BS on this one. Notice the supposed "real" iWatch disappears out of frame for a long time while the magnets are introduced and discussed. Then, the watch is brought back into frame under the guise of being the same watch. I realized that the end result was a crushed watch that looks very much like an iWatch. Nevertheless, I'm calling BS.

I second your BS!

PaladinLV - June 15, 2015 at 10:21pm

Especially considering the little caveat about "plating!"

jiggy - June 15, 2015 at 12:33am

what the point here??? i only see waste of brain

Woz - June 14, 2015 at 11:21pm

Actually it's quite entertaining.

gamerscul9870 - June 15, 2015 at 3:17am

The only entertainment is how much people wasted money on stuff to destroy. We laugh in their humiliation.

M - June 14, 2015 at 11:14pm

I jus want the magnets

Memeni - June 14, 2015 at 11:08pm

It's only $10,000 don't see what the big deal is. I spend at least that much every 2 days.

justabrake - June 14, 2015 at 10:42pm

I would have been more interested if it were dropped from some high building then to have that done !

Tech Jedi - June 14, 2015 at 10:40pm

I have yet to understand how destroying an Apple device in so many ways proves anything. It never claims to be indestructible

Woz - June 14, 2015 at 11:20pm

It proves that it's fun to watch.

gamerscul9870 - June 15, 2015 at 3:17am

The only fun here is watching how much money they wasted over useless test to prove nothing.

Woz - June 16, 2015 at 6:29pm

Its not wasted money, because this person makes more money on this video. Nice try though.

gamerscul9870 - June 16, 2015 at 7:05pm

That depends. Can he reach a certain number of views and get all of his money back? Nice try yourself!

Woz - June 16, 2015 at 9:39pm

With the amount of money he makes on his other videos I think he can choose to justify this expense. If he couldn't then he probably wouldn't have done this video.

gamerscul9870 - June 16, 2015 at 9:58pm

At what chance? How many videos, what amount of views, how much in total?

Omar - June 14, 2015 at 8:41pm

This has gone from beyond stupid to unlimited stupid.

Gabe - June 14, 2015 at 10:07pm

It's gone to ludacris stupid.
