Joined-up Solutions has announced the release of the Darts Checkouts iPhone app. This simple to use app helps darts players work out the scores they need to hit to win a game of darts. Players just set the total they need to finish in 3 darts (or less) and Darts Checkouts will show them how to check out.
"Experienced darts players tend to know their checkouts by heart but there are many new or occasional players who haven't got there yet. Darts Checkouts is great for these players as it saves them time working out what they need to hit whilst helping them learn the different ways they can finish a score. This is ideal for practicing different checkouts, but if you're not at the dart board, you can still use this feature. Once the 'Random' button has been tapped, the player can work out how they would finish the score presented before checking their thinking by looking at the checkouts suggested by the app.
