GeoHot will release BlackRa1n RC2 tomorrow.

The new release contains a working version of Icy, fixed 3G support, tethered ipt2 MC, and new 3GS support.

how about allowing updates without updating baseband? Straight JB is good, but if we want to preserve baseband there is nothing for PC users other than downloading someone elses files or finding a mac. Also why is it so hard to have pwnage tool on a pc release?

BlackRa1 is not working in Tiger 10.4.3? Neither Pwnage is working to Jailbreak iPhone3GS? Okay, okay latest pwnage tool is working and it did jailbreak my iPhone 3GS but it can't detect Network Provider/ I did several times jailbreaking my 3GS but it's always the Network Problem that is missing? Anybody who used Pwnage Tool successfully jailbreak their OTB 3GS with OS 3.1.2 OTB? Thanks to those who could share info regarding my query.

Is Blackra1n just like QuickPWN which doesn't require a complete restore (loose all your apps etc) ??

Yes this is the same as quickpwn but even faster n easier no need to completely restore phone like pawnage tool
