Apple is placing aggressive orders with suppliers for the new MacBook Pro ahead of the holiday season, reports DigiTimes.

Sources say the company is optimistic about sales in the fourth quarter despite complaints from professional users who believe the notebook doesn't meet their needs. Apple temporarily lowered its prices on USB-C adapters, cables, and peripherals to appease upset customers.

However, Apple has started turning aggressive after the launch in October.

Shipments could reach 15 million units in 2016 and stay at that level in 2017.
