But how do I now upgrade to 1.1.3 and keep my applications? BTW: The above failed twice for me, on both times I forgot to tick the Install SSH box! silly mistake and it gave the same problems as those who it didn't work for!

I have an iPod touch 16GB OTB 1.1.2 but upgraded to 1.1.3 (4A93) with new software. It was never been jailbreak at all. I want to know how to jailbreak it for installing BSD Subsystem, Installer Version 3 and native Cn v3.01 in it.

I have tried this many times and i get to the last step where it says that the Ipod is in recovery mode. I follow the directions, close Itunes and restart the Ipod but when it is restarted the same page pops back up saying that I need to restore the ipod. I have done the entire process a number of times and it still doesn't work anyone know what i can do?
