the link isn't an ipa it's an xcode project. you have to sign the app which means you have to become an apple developer which means it costs $99 right off the bat. It looks like this guy works for apple.

I have my apple tv 4th gen on tvOS 9.0....is it possible for me to update it to 9.1 to 10.1 and NOT 10.1.1? Thank you.
