Apple is reportedly planning to add a Beats1 broadcasting booth to its flagship Fifth Ave store, according to a MacRumors source. The glass cube store is currently under renovations. When it reopens it will have over double the square footage.
The person did not share any further details, but it's possible that New York City-based Beats 1 radio DJ Ebro Darden could broadcast at least some of his shows at the Fifth Avenue store once it reopens. Currently, he appears to broadcast from a studio in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.
The source describes the Beats1 booth as a "very unique area". Notably, the same person accurately revealed Apple's plans for its first retail store in Mexico prior to any official announcement.

Exactly what do they broadcast? I've never heard of it, only the product. It seems like a strange choice for a broadcast show, as not everyone likes the same thing.
