The Communicate Value Pack costs $20 dollars a month and includes the following features:
- Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing
- 2500 Sent Text Messages
- 1000 Sent Picture/Video Messages
- Voice Mail
- Call Display
- Name Display
- WhoCalled

This Communicate Value Pack finally makes it financially feasible for iPhone users to use the Internet features of their iPhones in Canada; however, it seems Rogers doesn't not want certain phones on this plan:
* Plan includes unlimited on-device mobile browsing only. Plan is available on select phones only (PDAs such as Blackberry or Windows Mobile devices, PC cards and non-Rogers certified devices are not eligible).
It will be interesting to see how Rogers will enforce this eligibility!
