MacRabbit Updates Espresso Web Development App

MacRabbit has updated their Espresso web development software to version 1.1 which includes a revamped workspace among many other improvements.

Espresso is not a bunch of apps thrown together. Instead, we looked at the needs of web developers and streamlined their workflow into one gorgeous, focused app. Fast and powerful editing, sleek projects, live preview (we make CSSEdit after all), awesome publishing and extensive synchronization tools. All this, and an amazing extensible core? It's not too good to be true.

Revamped Workspace
The Workspace is back, better than ever. For an even easier workflow, it now floats above your files. No more scrolling back and forth!


Projects
Use the Projects organizer for quick access to often-used sites. Give your project a personality of its own with custom colors and shapes.

Image Preview
Got a folder full of images? The sleek new image preview zips through them with ease. Finding that one great screenshot is now a snap.

Snippets
Espresso had great snippets all along, but now they're even more powerful. Shell scripts, nested placeholders and full TextMate syntax!

Find in Project
You wanted to search through all your files, and now you can. See the results right between your documents, and replace text with confidence.


Publish To
Quick Publish makes for great auto-saving and Sync does wonders, but sometimes manually uploading a file is just plain old convenient.

Open With
Espresso will faithfully take care of your web editing needs, but you may want to tweak your site images in a dedicated graphics editor.
