Apple Arcade is adding another exclusive to its lineup next month with the launch of Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea. The new action-RPG arrives on March 5 and continues the long-running franchise with a story set nearly a thousand years after the events of Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm.
Developed by Cornfox & Brothers, Oceanhorn 3 sends players across a scattered archipelago of lost islands, where they'll battle massive titans and uncover the remnants of a world in the midst of rebirth. The game is designed as a fully 3D experience and introduces a new combat system aimed at being easy to pick up while still offering depth for players who want to master it. Exploration, puzzle-solving, and traversal all play a central role, with mechanics built specifically around the game's open environments.
The new entry is playable across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, continuing Apple Arcade's push toward cross-platform experiences. According to the studio, the project represents five years of development and is intended to serve both longtime fans of the series and players discovering Oceanhorn for the first time.
Alongside the headline release, Apple Arcade is also adding three "App Store Greats" on March 5, all available without ads or in-app purchases. These include Pocket Love!+, a cozy life simulator centered on building a home with a partner and pet; Flow Free+, the well-known puzzle game focused on connecting matching colors; and Doraemon Dorayaki Shop Story+, a management sim starring the iconic manga character Doraemon.
Apple also outlined several updates coming to existing Arcade titles. On February 19, Disney SpellStruck will receive a Star Wars crossover update, introducing new levels inspired by Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, along with playable characters including Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, and Chewbacca. The update follows recent limited-time events across the service, including Crayola Create and Play+'s Snowy Day event featuring Paddington.
For football fans, NFL Retro Bowl '26 has launched a new Super Bowl LX-themed challenge. Players can invite friends, select teams such as the Seattle Seahawks or New England Patriots, and compete for leaderboard placement. The challenge can be started from the save selection screen or directly through the Apple Games app, tying into Apple's broader Super Bowl coverage across its services.
Apple Arcade is available for $6.99 per month and is included with Apple One subscription plans. Game availability varies by device, region, and hardware support.
