Without actually seeing it, I’m NOT overly impressed. The feature set is more limited than many competing photo manipulation products (ex: no masking feature to isolate which areas you fade, and no ‘layers’ to control each adjustment separately). Also, since they insist you can reset ANY adjustments, I wonder WHICH file type they save the files as, since the plain jpeg, png and bmp types won’t support it, and I doubt they’d select tiff WITHOUT offering the same features most tiff-based systems do (i.e. they’d need to ‘shoehorn’ the features into any existing photo file types). However, if they use a newer, proprietary file structure, it won’t display properly on most systems (i.e. it’s NOT a display format). As it is, I (like MOST photographers) already have too many photo manipulation tools. In short, while nice, this is too little and much too late, making it a less valuable selection.
