Apple has seeded tvOS 16 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 20J5328g.
Apple hasn't directly announced any new features for the Apple TV with tvOS 16; however, the update supports HDR10+ in the Apple TV app and improved integration with iOS and iPadOS apps. Additionally, the Game Controller framework in tvOS 16 is getting support for more Bluetooth and USB game controllers.
