ppl are growing tired of these videos that show GUESS WHAT I CAN DO ! if it isn't a jailbreak then don't post the mess, really... no one in the world cares what goes on on musclenerds iphones or ipads or anything else if it isn't benefiting us, and don't pretend like it is benefiting us because videos and clips of a jailbroken ipad(which has no significant use by the way other than a cool place mat or eat off of) won't bring me any closer to having cydia on my phone...

i dont see how this is useful there is no point to use an ipad as a phone and there are already apps where you can send free text messages...just release the jailbreak already ;P

Jailbreaking is unnecessary to use SMS messaging to cell partners between the Apple iPad 3G and any cell partner. As this hack demonstrates, it was able to only send an SMS from a stored Text File, and it wasn’t shown that any utility to receive one. Any Ipad, computer whatever, can interact using the SMS email gateway. Compose your email and address it the phone number of the iPad 3G as phonenumber@txt.att.net, where phone number is the 10 digit number assigned to the iPad 3G. In reverse, just hit reply, and the text will respond to the SMS orginator.
