Logitech has introduced the MX Master 4, the latest mouse in its flagship series, and it comes with a Mac-specific edition for Apple users. The new model is the first MX mouse to include haptic feedback, a feature that adds tactile response to scrolling, navigation, and selection.
The Mac version arrives in White Silver and Space Black, finishes designed to match Apple's hardware lineup. It connects over Bluetooth without the need for a dongle, though Logitech includes a USB-C receiver for stronger wireless performance when needed.
At the heart of the update is a haptic engine that can be customized through the Logi Options+ app. Subtle vibrations are used to mark actions on screen, giving editors, designers, and developers a more precise feel during detailed work.
Another addition is Actions Ring, a digital overlay that brings up app-specific shortcuts anywhere on the display. The feature, enabled by the Logi Options+ app, lets users place their most frequent commands within easy reach. The same software also powers Logitech's recently announced Signature Slim Solar+ keyboard.
Beyond those changes, the MX Master 4 keeps the hardware touches that have defined the series: the MagSpeed scroll wheel, an 8,000 DPI sensor that tracks on glass, quiet clicks, and multi-device pairing. USB-C quick charging remains as well—a one-minute top-up gives about three hours of use, with a full charge lasting up to 70 days. The release continues Logitech's support for the Apple ecosystem, following the introduction of its Logitech Muse spatial accessory for Apple Vision Pro.
The MX Master 4 for Mac is priced at $119.99 and includes a one-month Adobe Creative Cloud membership. A universal model is also available in Graphite and Pale Grey.
