Apple Seeds watchOS 26.3 RC, tvOS 26.3 RC, and visionOS 26.3 RC to Developers [Download]

Apple has provided developers with the Release Candidates for watchOS 26.3, tvOS 26.3, visionOS 26.3, and HomePod Software 26.3. The build numbers for today's updates are 23S618 for watchOS, 23K619 for tvOS and HomePod, and 23N619 for visionOS.



These updates signal the end of a testing cycle that began in December. They arrive alongside the latest software for iPhone and iPad, moving the full ecosystem toward a public launch. While iOS 26.3 introduces notable changes like native Android transfer tools, the updates for Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Vision Pro have been quieter regarding user-facing features.


Instead, this cycle appears focused on stability and refining the major additions delivered in version 26.2. That earlier release brought Enhanced Safety Alerts to the Apple Watch and expanded Travel Mode on Vision Pro. Apple also recently pushed watchOS 26.2.1 to support the second-generation AirTag, and today's RC likely incorporates those specific compatibility fixes into the main 26.3 branch.

Developers can install the watchOS update via the Watch app on iPhone, while tvOS and visionOS builds are available through the Software Update menu in System Settings on their respective devices.
