Apple has officially launched Apple Business today, making its new all-in-one platform for organizations of all sizes available across more than 200 countries and regions. The suite provides a unified destination for companies to manage their hardware, collaborate with team members, and control how their brand appears across the Apple ecosystem.
This release brings together several of Apple's existing business tools. As previously detailed during the initial announcement, the platform combines Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Business Connect into a single dashboard, making it easier for IT administrators and small business owners to handle deployment and identity management from one place.
One of the biggest changes is the pricing structure for device management. Apple has made its core mobile device management features free for all users. Businesses can now use the Blueprints feature to push out security settings, Wi-Fi configurations, and essential apps to employee devices without a monthly subscription fee. For hardware purchased through official channels, this enables a zero-touch setup where a MacBook Neo or iPhone is ready for work the moment it is powered on.
To handle security and privacy, the platform relies on Managed Apple Accounts. These accounts allow for the cryptographic separation of work and personal data. Integration with identity providers such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID is supported, allowing for automated account creation during onboarding.
The suite also introduces integrated productivity services. Companies can now set up professional email, calendar, and directory services using their own custom domains directly through the interface. This includes a new Apple Business companion app for employees, allowing them to access a company directory or request IT support. These new collaboration features require devices to be running iOS 26 or macOS Tahoe 26 or later.
Branding and public identity are also central to the launch. Businesses can manage their logos and location details across Maps, Safari, and Spotlight. This includes the ability to add custom action buttons to place cards, such as "Reserve" or "Order." Verified branding will also appear in the Mail app and within Wallet for order tracking. For retailers, this integration extends to Tap to Pay on iPhone, where a company's logo can now be displayed on the payment screen during a transaction.
Apple is also preparing to introduce sponsored listings in Apple Maps starting this summer for users in the U.S. and Canada. These ads will be clearly labeled and are based on contextual signals like search terms, without being tied to a user's Apple Account.
While the core management and branding tools are now free, Apple continues to offer paid tiers for those needing additional resources. Upgraded iCloud storage up to 2TB is available starting at $0.99 per user. Companies can also opt for AppleCare+ for Business, which provides prioritized technical support and hardware repairs starting at $6.99 per month. Existing Business Essentials customers will see their monthly billing for device management features stop automatically starting today.
