Interval Timer for iPhone and iPod touch

Runloop has announced the release of Seconds 1.0 Seconds differentiates itself from the other interval timers in the App Store with its stylish design, large clear display (even larger in landscape mode), ease of use, and functionality. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), fight clock and circuit training timers can all be created in seconds thanks to the built in templates and history features.

What really separates Seconds from the rest is that it allows users to select their own music on a per interval level. This means that users can create their own workout playlist, playing more upbeat songs during high intervals and calmer songs during rest intervals. Each interval can either play a random song from a playlist a user has already created in iTunes, or a song the user selects.
