Grooveshark has updated its iPhone application with a revamped UI, multitasking, and Retina Display support.

It requires a Grooveshark VIP subscription ($3/month) which you can sign-up for easily from inside the app.
Grooveshark Mobile connects you to the world's music library. Search and play millions of songs, and access your favorites and saved playlists with your Grooveshark account.
