Skype has updated its apps for iOS with a new interface, bluetooth support, and advertising.
Call, video call and instant message anyone else on Skype for free with Skype for your iPhone or iPod touch. Plus call and text your Contacts (or any other number) at Skype's low rates. It's great value with Skype Credit.

Clearly can feel magic touch of microsoft here! Laggy, advertisements if no credit etc! never the less ms is best license seller ever! :D

And the update has issues, all my contacts and credit disappeared on the app (not on the computer app though).

my account too show no credit on the iPhone after update. when on my iPad shows my credit.
