Apple has released OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 2 for developers to download.
The new build includes numerous known issues that have been reposted by TNW.

I downloaded the Xcode 4.4 twice (after installing DP2); both times, when launching the install dmg it gave "invalid checksum" error. Anyone else have that problem?
