Pegatron Chairman T.H. Tung has reportedly said that the upcoming 'low cost' iPhone is not cheap, reports the Chinese Commercial Times via Macotakara. While that statement likely referred to the build quality of the device, he also indicated that 'the price is fairly high', according to report.

In another report Tung said that the company's plant was nonstop busy. Pegatron is rumored to have landed orders for the low cost iPhone and iPad mini.
