This is my idea, to move every ios 6 designed apps to be moved to this version of ios so everyone can switch between old and new looks to organize ios 7 how they want it either way. Thay can use ios 7 and customize it to a whole new level. Anyone know how to make this a rumor and animated concept? This is how Apple will get a few more users.

I think it's more of a concern for the developers. Users generally just want the apps to work.

Yes but in a way, make a switch to not change the version of the apps, just add the look for support!
