Camera crews have arrived at Steve Jobs' childhood home in Los Altos to begin shooting the new movie based on Walter Isaacson's biography. The movie is written by Aaron Sorkin, directed by Danny Boyle, and stars Michael Fassbender as Steve Jobs and Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak.

CNET was onsite to describe the scene as crews prepared to film in the garage where Jobs and Wozniak got started.

Cinderblock and wood shelves are pieced together along the walls. Roller skates, a Thermos, an old vacuum cleaner and 8-track player and stereo lay haphazardly about. An advertisement for a Braun electric coffee maker hangs on the wall, as does a poster featuring Bob Dylan holding a "Get Born" sign from a film clip featuring the song "Subterranean Homesick Blues." And the house itself has been painted a beige color with darker tan trim, contrasting with the formerly lighter exterior.

The Steve Jobs movie was originally to be produced by Sony Pictures; however, it was picked up by Universal Studio after Sony struggled to find someone to finance the film with Fassbender taking the lead.
