Apple CEO Tim Cook visited the Yad Vashem Holocaust History Museum in Israel leaving an inspiration message in the guestbook.

The Holocaust History Museum occupies over 4,200 square meters, mainly underground. Both multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, it presents the story of the Shoah from a unique Jewish perspective, emphasizing the experiences of the individual victims through original artifacts, survivor testimonies and personal possessions.

After going through the museum, Cook wrote:

"I will remember forever the people who tragically perished because of who they were and what they believed. In their names, I share in the enduring hope that their memory will give light to humanity's potential to work for a greater good; to be ever watchful for those who would threaten human rights and equality, and to strive for a better future."

Cook is on an international tour, first visiting Germany where he offered some new details about the Apple Watch, then meeting with President Reuven Rivlin in Israel.
