You are now able to purchase the 15-inch unibody MacBook Pro with a matte display.
Apple caused an outrage in the professional community when they announced their new unibody MacBook Pro's would not be available with an antiglare display. (save the 17" which came later).
Customers complained that a gloss display was difficult to use for color matching and for in the field applications.
The new antiglare option will cost an additional $50 but at least its available for those who need it.

Antiglare just sucks though, it gets so dusty so easily.
