After i jailbreak and restart my ipad. Apple's apps and Cydia disapeared. How can I fix it?

The same issue with all their other JBs. I reach 60% and it freezes. The only difference in this version is I didn't have to wait 2+ hours for the JB tool to recover.
What's more, the error codes are completely random, as each time I run in (after uninstalling and reinstalling every piece of software) I get a different error code, including ones that are clearly false.

Jailbreak went fine. Installed AppSync but cant sync any apps. Someone have an idea what's wrong?
