PP Releases iOS 8.4 Jailbreak Utility for Mac

PP has released an iOS 8.4 jailbreak utility for Mac OS X.

The team released a Windows utility to jailbreak iOS 8.1.3 to 8.4 late last month which reportedly uses TaiG's exploits.


Although unofficial, the PP 2 Jailbreak Utility is the only available for Mac OS X. You can download it from here.

We'll be posting tutorials on how to jailbreak your device using PP 2 shortly.

I got to step 3 where it reboots my phone and then the PP screen unexpectedly closes. Why is it doing this?

If you are having problems, you need to erase your phone and leave it as a brand new phone; then run the jailbreak. Backup first, obviously.

I haven't had success using it on iOS 8.4, stuck on step 3 and then iPhone restarts but UNjailbroken...
