U.S. President Barack Obama made fun of Samsung and its Galaxy Note 7 that catches fire during a recent speech.

Speaking at Miami Dade collage in Florida on the Affordable Care Act, Obama likened issues with Obamacare to new smartphones hitting the market.

When one of these companies comes out with a new smartphone, and it has a few bugs, what do they do? They fix it, they upgrade. Unless it catches fire and then they just, then they pull it off the market.

But you don't go back to using a rotary phone! You don't say, well we're repealing smartphones — we're just gonna do the dial-up thing

I genuinely hope your name doesn't reflect you political support. Supporting candidates that don't have more than 7% of the vote makes no sense. You might as well not vote at all. Your vote would have zero impact on this election :/ personally I feel like Trump is the best option but at least choose a side.

Wow, what a clueless, biased comments here. So called middle class (these people who mostly adding comments here) obviously have no clue what is going on in the US these days. Also, I can see a lot of health system experts here. I just wish all of you were called and helped with you expertise. And maybe you can help with political system, news networks, choosing right candidates for president, fix college prices, etc. But wait, you rather just place comments and save some money which otherwise you will spent for bunch of sessions with psychotherapist and meds. Aren't you lucky that forums and comments exist on the internet? If not, you will end up in sanatorium long time ago. It's a disaster eating away at over half of the countries budget along with Medicare and Medicaid. Poor people always got treated long before obamacare. If you ever worked in a hospital you would remember that it is illegal to turn away someone without insurance. All it did was raise monthly premiums for the people who aren't eligible for Medicaid but still poor. It's a disaster and everyone knows it. It's not even considered kind of good. It's naive comments like "all the poor people have insurance now" that keep people like Obama and Clinton in elected. The healthcare system was messed before it but Obamacare is a failure. I bet you are in favor of free college tuition too.

Yea I have no idea why I have to support your health insurance with my hard earned money when especially someone like yourself is not even have decency of feeling grateful the fact that people who is out there working hard and make living. Do you think it is targeting the only rich people? I don't ducking think so. Middle class people gets affected by this crap too. You have a health insurance, but you can't see the damn doctor because they charge you over thousands of dollars for just having a little chit-chat. This health insurance and and hospitals in the U.S. are downright thieves if you ask me

This is awful. President Obama's comment weren't really about Samsung. They were simply a swipe at the Republican Congress. It's the old adage "never let an opportunity go to waste," a philosophy championed by his administration. He simply didn't care about any collateral damage to Samsung's badly tarnished reputation. This in spite of the fact that Samsung is a very important player in the world economy and the most important player in South Korea's economy, a critical ally in that part of the world. If this is what passes as 'acting presidential' in this day and age, may God have mercy on our souls.
