I got iphone 3GS, i jailed broked my cell phone some six months ago. I had problem with cydia, so i erased all setting on IPHONE. now i m using Blackra1n... i tried 6 times, my iphone starts to earlier picture of apple... and get stuck.... time and again..... Any one any idea

Man, this tutorial is for unlocking the 3.1.2 and not the 3.1.3, you can't unlock the 3.1.3 till now you can jailbreak it. just search this site for unlocking the 3.1.3. regards.

The only way to restore to FW 3.1.2 is if you have its SHSH stored on cydia. If not then you have no choice but to restore to FW3.1.3 resulting your phone can only be used on AT&T. Then you can jailbreak using. Currently no software is available to unlock 3.1.3. Sorry you have the problem. Never rejailbreak a phone that was previously jailbroken with a different jailbreaking program. I guess then conflicted and your phone got frozen. Now it must be restored to 3.1.2 or 3.1.3. Restoring to 3.1.2 is only possible is your ShSH is on Cydia.

Trying to unlock origonal 1st gen I-phone 4gig with blackrain is this not possible at all, also blackrain gave me a "missing asl.dll " error so i googled that and downloaded a patch that claimed to be all dll files for black rain now i get a new error " zlib1.dll cannot be found" any ideas?

You can try. It may be successful. itunes will not sign FW 3.1.2 if your phone shall have any problem in jailbreaking process. I found one iphone at AT&T that had 3.1.2 fw and when I tried I failed. I had no choice but to upgrade to FW3.1.3 and then cancel my contract because I was within 30 days. I am looking for a brand new 3GS 16GB phone at a reasonable price. Go to Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Apple > Apple Application Support There you will see your ASL.dll Cut your blackra1n and paste it in that folder so that blackra1n and ASL.dll are together

pour remettre a 0 votre inhope si le jailbreak n'a pas fonctionner ou une mise a jour a e9te9 faite il faut appuyer sur le bouton home+power et attendre le redemarrage il faut au prealable brancher votre inhope sur votre pc puis le logo itune avec le cable usb apparait lancer une restauration au parametres d'origine quand le inhope redemarre normalement lancer sur itune la restauration de la derniere sauvegarde si vous avez fais des sauvegardes regulieres de votre inhope vous ne perdrez rien en cas de soucis contacter moi par mail et je vous guiderais pas a pas soit par mail ou par telephone epres contact par mail pour vous communiquer le nume9ro c'est un 06 non surtaxe9 et je ne facture pas la manip car j'ai e9te9 le premier a avoir ce probleme et par chance j'ai pu trouver une aide de la part d'un revendeur apple c'est prouver et ca marche

by far the easiest one I have found altho I do have one problem my phone freezes up so I turn it off I have the 3gs and the blackrain takes like 20 min to reconize my phone and boot it back up does anyone else have this problem and if so what did u do to fix it

The best way to solve this problem is: 1. restore it usinf fw 3.1.2., then set it up as a new phone and then sync with your data and personal information. I had this probmen and it was solved using this method. GOOD LUCK

Hi everyone. blackra1n is best, but i have one BIG problem. i installes blackra1n and in iphone 3Gs downloaded only rock to unlock it, then i uninstalled blackra1n. i didn't downloaded cydia. Once again i tried to make my iphone to make it ra1n :) but no icon of blackra1n on my springboard. I have 3GS with new bootrom, and i can't restore it to 3.1.2 because itunes gives error that my device isn't eligeble for that software. HOW to install CYDIA? Please help. Regards.

Download firmware 3.1.2 from iclarified. Connect your phone then try restoring by pressing alt And choose the firmware 3.1.2 on your desktop. Try this a few times. You may be successful. If Not Then I do not Know. Firmware 3.1.3 can not be unlocked.

before talking about the 3.1.3, lets talk about connecting the iphone to the computer whenever it restarts or we turn it off. still no fix for that and it is driving me crazy, why? here is why, i'm in Lebanon, and here is what i'm facing, in some places randomly i'm loosing signal, and i can't get the service back without turning off the iphone, i've tried the offline mode, and many other tweeks to get back the service without restarting but with no luck, thus whenever i'm out of home and going an all day vacation lets say and got the no service i am f.. up as if i don't have my laptop i'll be hanging all day without a phone!! if you cant fix it what should i do to the no service i'm getting? any suggestions? http://iphoneleb.blogspot.com

Guys, this has now gone past the limits of ridiculousness. After reading the forums for more than a week now, I am sure hundreds of thousands if not millions are affected by this. Guys, this is a LOT of unhappy people, which you can make happy). Many of us have bought the iPhone because we knew it could be jailbroken and unlocked. You guys are at the forefront of this field and thus this responsibility rests on you. We all love your work and admire you. HOWEVER, if you hadn't started jailbreaking/unlocking iPhones, somebody else would have. This is not a criticism, it is the reality which you will agree with if you are not biased. Everything eventually gets hacked. Look at Google. So, it is your "responsability" (sorry, but that is the way it is, as I said many of us bought the iPhone because of what you do) to listen to the users which you wanted to help when you got in this field. We are all asking you to release this unlock ASAP, and not let us wait for some "other" update which will be more important than this, because believe me, nothing is as important to us right now than actually USING our phones. Waiting for OS 4.0 to get released before releasing the unlock is not a good idea (but then again, we actually are biased). 4.0 is a major release which will come with it's own exploits. By holding this unlock back you are losing respect from a lot of us. If this is a question of money (which i HIGHLY doubt it is -forgive us if we insult you here-), then just tell us and we will be HAPPY to donate, because it is WORTH it and has been for long. HI there... First of all sorry for my english, cuz I am from Brazil... My iPhone is "Jailbroken" and unlocked and I was using it tethering internet to my laptop, when I turned my laptop off and got the iphone to use I realised it was fucking slow, and just in few seconds it got stucked. So I forced it to shutdown by holding Power + Home bottons, then I turned it on and got connected to my laptop, cuz I need to use blackra1n to boot it (i am running 3.1.2), but BlackRa1n just keeps going on and on several times with the GeoHot secreen and do not Restart... I've been looking arround how to fix this and but I got no solution... Then I went to Restore it thru iTunes, when I did it showed up a message asking: "Are you shure you want to restore the iPHone to the facture settings? All your data will be deleted and a new iPhone software will be instaled". Can I do this or not??? Will I be able to get it Jailbroken + unlocked again after the update of this new iPhone software??? Is this the 3.1.3 upgrade??? I am afraid of doing it and getting it useless till Dev Team hack it... Please ANYONE help me. Hugs from Brazil and ThankZ in advance!

man if you don't have it at&t then now there is no way to jailbreak it or unlock it, yodid do not upgrade!!! Jus try to download a firmware 3.1.2 from iclarified the restore pressing alt And choose the firmware 3.1.2 the click restore the you be able to unlock again or use pwnage tool to unlock good lock
