The DEV teams have released their official upgrade and jailbreak to iPhone firmware 1.1.3. There are now three tutorials posted for this jailbreak. I strongly recommend the Installer one as it is much easier and less prone to error. More information will be posted as I find it!

Hi,
I want to buy an iPhone from Apple website right now. I talk with an Apple representative and he told me that the they are currently selling 1.1.3 firmware iPhones. Can you please tell me if there is right now a jailbreak for an iPhone with 1.1.3 from factory, or the jailbreak is valid only as an upgrade from 1.1.1 or 1.1.2?
Question: can you buy an 1.1.3 iPhone, downgrade to 1.1.1, jailbreak the phone and use with 1.1.1 firmware?
Thanks
