Check out this video of what's most likely a fake iPhone SE 2. Photos and videos of the device were posted by Kimmi_刷热门专用微博 on Weibo and reshared by Macotakara.
It seems to be a case similar to iPhone SE, but the color is Jet Black style of iPhone 7, without Touch ID, equipped with TrueDepth camera camera, unlocked by Face ID like iPhone X It looks like.
It's been rumored that Apple is working on a new generation iPhone SE; however, this is probably just an Android clone. Recent report suggest that the updated iPhone SE will not launch in the first half of 2018.

Look at how the lock animation doesn’t activate when opening the phone... on the iPhone X when you unlock it the lock unlocks on the screen before you swipe up to open the phone...

I tried the tap screen to awake, then swipe up, on my iPhone X. After the first recognition swirly face sequence, the subsequent open sequence was just the lock unlocking as I swiped up, without the first attempts swirly face animation.

It’s an elaborate iPhone X case to mimic an iPhone SE (I think)

More like the iPhone X mini. The real SE would maintain the form factor like the first SE (5s' body shape, material, and color) so to call this the SE 2 wouldn't add up in any way (yes I'm aware we all know that and duh).

The iPod mini changed form several times. One could expect the iPhone SE model to adapt as needed by the market.
