Apple has seeded tvOS 12 beta 8 to developers for testing. The build number is 16J5355a.
With tvOS 12, Apple TV 4K will be the only streaming player both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos certified, delivering the highest quality cinematic experience of stunning 4K HDR visuals and immersive sound that flows all around in three-dimensional space.

tvOS 12 includes includes new features, bug fixes, and security improvements in the OS and SDK, including:
• Aerials enhancements
• Enhanced AV player integration and data binding support in TVMLKit • Focus support for non-UIViews
• MDM Software Update command support
• Native TVML-style controls for UIKit
• Sandbox iTunes account support in Settings
• Secure password sharing from iOS devices
• Siri support for Find my iPhone
Dolby Atmos
• In tvOS beta 6 and later, some iTunes Store movies are now available with Dolby Atmos. If you encounter any issues when playing Atmos-capable titles, file a bug that includes a sysdiagnose and a detailed description of your development hardware configuration.
