Apple Releases macOS Catalina 10.15.5 Beta 5 [Download]

Apple has released macOS Catalina 10.15.5 beta 5 to developers for testing. The build number is 19F94a.

This update is recommended for all users.

macOS 10.15.5 introduces a new Battery Health Management feature that alters how MacBook batteries are charged and discharged. Apple says it should reduce the rate at which MacBook batteries chemically age, extending their long-term lifespan. We'll let you know if we spot anything new in this beta.
