It’s not just companies/apps I frequent, it’s companies I trust. That said, I’d much rather see ads for products I could make use of. Yet Facebook is evil and I haven’t used it for years. Unfortunately, Instagram, also a FB product I do glance at occasionally. But they will not have the satisfaction of sharing my info. On the other hand, I will give full permission to the Wall Street Journal.
