Apple has released iOS 15.4. beta 3 and iPadOS 15.4 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 19E5225g.

New features found in previous betas include:
● Face ID while wearing a mask
● Universal control
● Tap to Pay
● New emoji
● Resolved Core Animation bug for 120Hz displays
● EU vaccine certificates in Wallet
● iCloud keychain notes
● Apple Card widget
● Other minor improvements
