Download Manager
• Check the status of media and file downloads by tapping the new icon in the Search bar.
• View recently downloaded files from the new ‘Downloads’ tab in Search.
• Pause and resume unfinished downloads.
New Attachment Menu
• Quickly select and send media, files and more from the redesigned attachment menu.
• Use the bottom bar to switch between attachment types.
• When you select multiple media, tap ‘Selected’ at the top of the panel to preview or rearrange them.
• When sending files, tap the search icon to find recently sent files.
Phone Number Links
• Share a direct t.me link to your phone number that instantly opens a chat with you.
• Use the full number in international format, like t.me/+123456789
Additionally, Telegram has been updated to let users broadcast live video from streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit Broadcaster. To stream from these tools, start a new Video Chat in your group or a new Live Stream in your channel, tap the 'Start With' button and enter the information found there into your streaming tool.
Telegram is also introducing New t.me Pages. With t.me links like t.me/durov, anyone can preview profiles, posts or entire public channels in their browser – even if they haven’t signed up for Telegram yet. These web previews have a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-featured Telegram Web client.
