AirPods Pro 2 Battery Capacity Revealed in Regulatory Filing

The battery capacity of Apple's new AirPods Pro 2 has been revealed in a 3C regulatory filing, reports MySmartPrice.

The new Apple AirPods Pro 2 claim to offer improved battery life over the original model. The battery capacity of the TWS has been revealed via 3C. The 3C listing revealed that each earbud of the AirPods Pro packs a 49.7mAh battery. The TWS battery has the model numbers A2731 and A2729.

Additionally, the 3C listing reveals that the AirPods Pro 2 case is model number A2798 and has a 523mAh battery.

Apple says AirPods Pro 2 provides up to 6 hours of listening time with a single charge (up to 5.5 hours with Spatial Audio and Head Tracking enabled) and up to 4.5 hours of talk time with a single charge. With the MagSafe Charging Case, you get up to 30 hours of listening time, and up to 24 hours of talk time. Five minutes in the case provides around 1 hour of listening time or around 1 hour of talk time.
