Nah. It’s totally unnecessary in a laptop. And Steve Jobs was right. Your arm would fall off. It would be a feature you nearly ever use

Steve Jobs didn’t originally include the touchscreen because he established how finicky and ergonomically uncomfortable to the wrist it was when tons of MacBook users were tested. This was established in the 2011 special event where the MacBook Air and OSX Lion was introduced and why every multitouch gesture was built into the mouse and trackpad. https://youtu.be/Y1g2Tdvwij0
