YouTube has announced that podcasts are now available in YouTube Music. The feature is being rolled out gradually to listeners in the United States starting today.
The update will allow those watching podcasts on the main YouTube app to continue listening to them on YouTube Music.
All listeners can enjoy podcasts on-demand, offline, in the background, while casting and seamlessly switch between audio-video versions on YouTube Music. This podcast listening experience is different from our music listening experience where you need a Premium or Music Premium subscription to enjoy some of these features.
For those of you outside the United States, YouTube says it plans to bring podcasts in YouTube Music to other regions in the future!
