Apple has seeded the first beta of watchOS 10 to developers for testing. The build number is 21R5275t.
This beta version of watchOS 10.0 contains bug fixes and improvements

Apple notes this beta version of watchOS should only be deployed on devices dedicated for watchOS beta software development.
