Apple has released the iOS 17.4 RC and iPadOS 17.4 RC to developers for testing.
This update introduces new emoji, transcripts in Apple Podcasts and includes other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPhone.

iOS 17.4 betas contained numerous changes ahead of the EU's Digital Markets Act, as well as, new emoji, hints at improvements to CarPlay, significant security updates to iMessage, and more.

Developers can download the new build at the link below. Alternatively, you can visit the Settings > General > Software Update page and choose iOS 17 Developer Beta from the Beta Updates row.
