Samsung Reveals 'Galaxy S25 Edge' to Rival Rumored iPhone 17 Air [Video]

Samsung revealed the new 'Galaxy S25 Edge' today, a device that appears to be aimed at competing with the rumored 'iPhone 17 Air'.

The company teased the S25 Edge in a short video at its Unpacked event in San Jose, California, but unfortunately, they didn't share any details about its features. We can observe a slim design and two rear cameras, but we're waiting on details from Samsung about other specifications like processor and battery life; as well as, a release date and price.


Samsung did have the device on display for the media, but it doesn't seem like hands-on demos were offered.

It is widely rumored that Apple will discontinue the iPhone Plus this year, replacing it with a slimmer model that is just 5.5mm thin. The 'iPhone 17 Air' is said to feature a 6.6-inch display and Apple's in-house 5G modem, setting it apart from other devices in Apple's lineup.
